Its an interesting and wholly valid question to ponder over. I did a search and have not been able to find an left-wing official, nor any left-wing minister who has adopted either an anti-mask stance or an anti-vaccine stance. They might indeed be out there, I've simply failed to find any.

One potential candidate might perhaps be Bill Maher who has indeed in the past expressed an anti-vaccine stance (pre COVID) and has also identified as liberal ... but checking, I can see that for COVID he is indeed vaccinated and has had both shots. He perhaps qualifies because says he will refuse the booster shot.
